Week 1: Speaking & Listening

Situational role plays: Initiating and responding appropriately in social situations.
Exchanging information: Exchanging information around a given image / set of images
Listen and Respond: Answering questions on a short monologue delivered by the interlocutor. Part 4b: Long turn: Delivering a short, uninterrupted talk on a relevant topic, provided by the interlocutor.
Week 2: Reading test

Consists of five short texts, for example, signs, messages, notes, emails. Each text s followed by a multiple-choice question. This part tests the ability to read real-world notices and other short texts for the main message.
This consists of five short descriptions of people and eight short texts. The task is to match each person with the correct text. This part tests the ability to read multiple texts for specific information and detailed comprehension. Draft Lesson
This consists of a text, taken from a newspaper, a magazine, a review, etc. The text was followed by five multiple-choice questions, each with four options. This part tests the ability to understand attitude, opinion and the purpose of the writer.
This part of the reading test is a longer text that has five numbered spaces where sentences have been removed. Following the text, there are eight sentences. You have to choose the correct missing sentences to fill the gaps. This means that there are three extra sentences which you do not need to use.
In The reading test, you have to read a short text with six numbered spaces. Then, you will be given four words to choose from, to find the correct word to fill the space. These words will be testing your vocabulary, mostly, rather than your grammar skills. Quite often they will be similar in meaning or they will look similar, so be careful when you choose your answer.
The reading test is similar to Part 5 in that you have a text with 6 missing words. However, in Part 6 you are not given a choice of 4 answers to choose from. You need to find the missing word by yourself; without any help.
Week 3: Writing Exam Structure

Part 1. Email Reason for writing, the task will give you the context, who you are writing to, why are you writing them and four key content points. You must include the FOUR content points in a response of around 100 words.
Part 2 You will have to choose between an article or a story (100 words). Story Reason for writing,1- Telling a short story. 2- You will be given the first line. Style 3- Use informal language. 4- Pay attention to verb tenses
