The federal government is introducing an exceptional opportunity for Pakistani youth known as the “End-to-End TVET Upliftinga Program.”. This program aims to enhance technical and vocational education by upgrading materials, refining teaching methods, and providing modern equipment. By aligning training with job market demands, it increases the likelihood of individuals finding employment, thereby contributing to economic growth.
To support this, the government is using the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission (NAVTTC) to create job opportunities for educated youth. The Adan Institute of Technology, with NAVTTC, is launching a program across Islamabad, Gujrat, and Pakistan to give young people modern skills for jobs or starting online businesses. The institute, run by the government, offers free online courses in starting businesses and guides people until they succeed. This helps aspiring entrepreneurs by teaching them how to run a business. With personalized help, it aims to make a good environment for businesses to grow and help individuals succeed in business.

Participants will be provided with employment opportunities or encouraged to start their own online businesses upon completion of the training.

Free Internship:
Participants will be offered a free three-month internship at the end of the program, starting from April 30, 2025.
Eligibility criteria for each program:
- For Software Development/.Net Core & DevOps and Cloud Computing:
- Recent graduates from HEIs in Pakistan in IT, CS, or SE.
- Final semester students with completed final year projects awaiting degrees/transcripts.
For E-commerce Training:
Candidates with F.A/F.Sc or higher education in any field.
Age Criteria:
Applicants must be aged between 18 to 40 years.
Eligibility Criteria for Students:
- Must be a citizen of Pakistan.
- Recent graduates from any Higher Education Institution (HEI) in Pakistan in the fields of IT/CS/SE.
- Students in their final semester with completed final year projects and awaiting degrees/transcripts are also eligible.
- For E-commerce Training:
- Must have completed a minimum qualification of F.A/F.Sc or higher education in any field.
- All applicants must meet the specific educational requirements outlined for each training program.
Action Plan:
- June 6: Interview Session
- June 15: Signing of Contracts with Students and Uploading Data to PMMS
- June 20: Commencement of Classes
- July 10: Add/Drop Students
- July 20: Industry Engagement Session
- January 30, 2025: Completion of Training and Certification
- January 30, 2025 to April 30, 2025: Free Internship (Three Months)
- April 30, 2025 to July 30, 2025: Final Three Months (Independent Flight)
- 12th Month: Placement in Company/Stand-alone Business
- End of Project: Submission of Project Report and Writing of PC1 for Project Extension
